Introduction:
In a world of accelerating pace and increasing challenges, the search for natural ways to support mental health has become a necessity, not a luxury. Recent studies have proven that interacting with pets reduces stress, loneliness, and positive feelings. Furthermore, the presence of plants in our environment effectively improves mood, reduces anxiety, and increases focus and productivity.
During this conference, we will review the latest scientific research and real-life experiences on the positive psychological impact of pets and plants and discuss ways to integrate them into our daily lives, as well as in therapeutic and educational institutions.
We hope this conference will be a stimulating space for knowledge exchange and benefit from the expertise of a select group of specialists in psychology, veterinary medicine, and agriculture to come up with practical recommendations that enhance our psychological and social well-being.
